 Application for Judicial Review    Following the Hearing Panel’s decision to cancel the depot permit, the Permit Holder applied to the Court of King’s Bench for Judicial Review. The Judicial Review has been scheduled for November 2025.
     
Application for Stay of Hearing Panel Decision   The Permit Holder applied to the Court of King’s Bench for a stay of the Hearing Panel’s decision to cancel the depot permit until a decision is reached in the Judicial Review. On February 28, 2024, the Court released its decision which can be found below. The application was denied, therefore the permit remains cancelled.
