| Each year, the Board of Directors approves and releases an annual report as a requirement of the Beverage Container Recycling Regulation and it is reviewed by the Minister of Environment and Protected Areas. |

| Following completion of a Handling Commission Review (HCR), the Data Collection Agent (DCA) provides an Annual Update Report each November until the next HCR. Any adjustments to handling commissions, as calculated in the Report, are applied on May 1st of the following year. Details on the Annual Adjustment process can be found in the Handling Commission By-law. |
